Home Soda Returns Policy

At Home Soda, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your product, we offer a hassle free return policy within 7 days of receiving your order. Please read the following guidelines to understand our returns process.

Eligibility For Returns

1. Return Window: you have 7 days from the date you receive your product to initiate a return.

2. Condition: To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original, unused condition. This includes: the product is unused, unwashed and free from any damage. All original packaging, tags and accessories are in tact and included.

How to return a Product

1. Initiate a Return: To start the return process, please contact our customer service team at hello@homesoda.store within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, details or item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your return.

2. Approval and instructions: Once your return request is approved, our customer service team will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return the item(s). This will include the return shipping address and any additional information you will need.

3. Packaging: Carefully pack the items in the original packaging, ensuring all tags and accessories are included. Seal the package securely to prevent any damage during shipping.

Refunds:

1. Inspection: Upon receiving your returned item(s), our team will inspect them to ensure they meet the return eligibility criteria.

2. Processing: Once the return is approved, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

3. Timeframe: please allow upto 20 working days for the refund to appear in your account.

Important Information

Shipping costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

For change-of-mind returns, a pickup will be arranged, with a small fee of AED 40 will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping.

Non returnable items: Certain Items, such as personalised or custom made products are not eligible for return.
