Shipping Policy

At Homesoda, we aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 business day of being placed.

Orders are processed Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on your delivery address, the size of your order and the selected shipping method.

Any applicable duties, taxes or import charges will be displayed where applicable or remain the responsibility of the customer if required by local customs regulations. Orders shipped to Spain will have duties and tax included.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and shipping service selected at checkout.

Shipping Terms

While we work closely with our delivery partners to ensure your order arrives promptly, delays may occasionally occur due to customs clearance, adverse weather, public holidays, peak periods or circumstances beyond our control.

Homesoda cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and delivery information when placing an order.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, Homesoda cannot guarantee successful delivery and reserves the right to charge any additional shipping costs incurred to redirect or resend the order.

Once an order has been delivered to the address provided and delivery has been confirmed by the shipping carrier, Homesoda cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen parcels.
